Inspection and clean out of the vacuum hose/intake tube is swift and easy with a quick-disconnect system. Debris is held in a large 6.5 m3 hopper, while a large 1250L water tank provides all the water necessary for dust suppression. The standard sweeper engine is the heavy-duty Hyundai D4DA 125ps diesel, which offers exceptional power, increased fuel efficiency and an extended service life. An optional wandering hose is available for cleaning catch basins and hard-to-reach areas.

The air conveyance, sweeping, water and maintenance systems must work together to achieve maximum sweeping performance. JINO sweeper is engineered with superior components that work together as an integrated cleaning system. Efficient air flow is the heart of the new JINO. How well a sweeper picks up material is determined by its vacuum source and air routing path. High volume air flow at high velocities results in exceptional one-pass pickup and eliminates plugging that can occur in similar type sweepers. Nine-vane closed face turbine fan is powered by an efficient turbocharged diesel auxiliary engine. Centrifugal dust separator minimizes pressure loss and maximizes sweep performance and fan life.
